Contractual clauses: the Hotel doesn’t charge the credit card but only verifies it on a protected server with Banca Sella. The payment will be done at the Hotel with cash, credit card or cheque. There is no cancellation charge if the booking is canceled within 48 hours before the arrival date. When this term is expired, the first night will have to be payed. In case of failure to pay, the penalty will be the full amount of the booked stay.
